Tool Listings

If you have purchased a tool listing on Toolkitly and wish to request a refund, please refer to the following guidelines:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for tool listings are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

Your listing has not yet been published or promoted on the platform.

No social media promotion or reach campaigns have been initiated.

Refund Amount: If eligible, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

Partial Refund: If the listing has already been published but no social media promotion has started, you may request a partial refund (50%) within 7 days of purchase.

No Refund: Refunds are not available after 7 days or if the listing has already undergone social media promotion.

Advertisements

Toolkitly offers advertising options to increase visibility. Refunds for advertisements are handled as follows:

Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 3 days of purchasing an ad package if the advertisement has not yet been placed on the website or scheduled for placement.

Partial Refund: If the advertisement campaign has been created but not yet run, a 50% partial refund may be issued.

No Refund: Once an ad has been displayed, clicked on, or has started running in any capacity, no refunds will be issued.

Sponsored Posts

Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund for sponsored posts within 3 days of purchase if the posts have not yet been published or scheduled for publishing.

Partial Refund: If posts have been created but not published, you are eligible for a 50% partial refund.

Prompt Listings

Prompt Listings allow users to showcase and monetize their AI prompts on Toolkitly. Refunds are offered under the following terms:

Bundle Packages

For bundled services where some services have already been used (e.g., an ad has been placed but a sponsored post hasn’t), we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portions only.
