All services provided by Toolkitly are digital, meaning no physical products are shipped. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive access to your chosen service through your Toolkitly account. Below are the key details about how we handle digital deliveries:

Tool Listings, Prompt Listings, and Sponsored Posts:

Once you’ve purchased a plan, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

Tool listings, prompts, and sponsored posts will be reviewed and verified within 7 days, depending on the package chosen.

Your listing or post will be published to the website, and social reach will begin per the duration of your selected plan.

Advertisement Placement:

Your ad will be placed on the website within 7 days of purchase and will be live for the duration you selected (3 or 6 months).

You will receive a confirmation once the ad is live, along with the placement location and duration.

Delivery Timeline

Verification and Activation: The verification of your tool listing or prompt submission will be completed within 7 business days. Sponsored posts and advertisements will also follow a similar timeline for going live.

Prompt Listings: Prompts are uploaded directly through your account once approved, and you will receive confirmation when they are live.
